I'm a third of the way done with the 12 week Kinetic program. It's working pretty well.

Umm, not much else going on here, just work and stuff. Eating a lot of salads and trying to eat less super processed stuff. Except for Reeses Cups. I'll eat those ever so often.

Mom did come over yesterday and brought her carpet cleaner. I finally was able to get several grease stains out of my carpets, so that made me happy.
